Personality: Doctor, loving father, chivalrous gentleman and indispensible ally, there isn't much you can say bad about William, may it be his personality, or his worth as a surgeon. He is the brains in his family much as his wife is its heart. Though an calm and collected person, his words are blunt when the situation calls for it. He doesn't like seeing people walk into danger, and his egotism over his profession is born from a need to keep people safe. But it doesn't gear people to like him.

He's capable of being chivalrous, and puts importance on the true value of beauty. He despises women who use their looks for their own gain. He's a quick learner, with a genuine love of medicine. He'll go ahead and learn anything difficult and not give up. He is knowledgable and mature when it comes to his work, as well as calm and calculating. He takes his job very seriously.
History: William was born in the frontier town of Sedona. His parents, a couple with moderate wealth, owned a small farm that produced cheeses and raised poultry and cattle, though they have since retired. He had a normal childhood – he was educated at school whilst his parents worked. Their home is tiny and packed, so he kept himself in his bedroom and read books from his father’s library.
He was drawn to medicine from an early age, and often spent time by himself. He could be seen sitting on the porch near the saloon, reading as children ran past. He began learning how a doctor could restore health with a range of drugs, knowledge and instruments. Growing into a young man, he begins to think that because of his intellect and drive he wanted to become a surgeon, and moved out of town to study medicine. He did so at a major university for eight years, after which he had a tutor for five so he could specialise. It was during this time he fell in love with his tutor's daughter and asked for her hand in marriage. The man agreed, and two years later his daughter was born. They moved back to Sedona and he is now the town's doctor.
